As an academician, Prof. Nayudamma has a distinctive name both in the Faculty and in the Student Community. He is extremely methodical and systematic. As an inspiring teacher and as the most articulate spokesman of the science of Paediatric Surgery, he won the appreciation of medical profession as a whole.
Prof. Nayudamma’s qualities of care and concern are exemplary. He preaches and practices clarity of thought, charity of heart and the spirit of cooperation. He is always ready to help any sick child who needs his services. In fact, he spent a lot of his personal money to give the best of care and attention to children who needed long periods of hospitalization. His love for the country is so great that he resisted all proposals of settling abroad nor moving to the Metropolis.
He is a noble citizen of India. He is an embodiment of culture. As an outstanding surgeon, as a fine teacher, as a sound administrator, he brought fame and name to India.
